Like some of you, I've been disappointed with some websites...especially with streaming content.
You need the latest version of flashplayer, and even then you may or may not get to see or hear what you want.
Thats when I discovered Silverlight.
It was deveolped by Micro$oft...and one of its nice features is it allows web streaming etc etc in Windows.
The best news is they have partnered with Intel, and developed Mono, an open source version for linux as well.
I couldn't watch www.channelsurfing.net before...
Since installing Mono, it comes thru beautifully. It installs as a plugin for Firefox....and works with the 2.0 firefox that comes with Xandros 4.5.
I dont know if it will work as well with Flashplayer 9 installed...I used the good Doctores Flashplayer 10...and thus far...everything is going good.

I have since confirmed that there are still several sites that want the latest version of flashplayer....
Its best to go ahead and install flashplayer 10.
