Can you mount a drive letter as in windows networks.
I am using a render farm and my current shared map drive is N:.
Or is this not posible in xandros Wink

Good morning amathews9518,

If I understand correctly, you wish to have a network drive called N: on the linux machine.
Since you have to create the mountpoint, you can call it anything you wish. For instance create a folder called N: in your home directory then when you mount the network share it will ask you where to mount it. Just point to the folder you created.

xandros easily detects networked computers and displays them by their computer name under windows networks (if they are windows computers) you can link an icon to the desktop connecting to the correct computer as i have done with my servers
