I get this error message for every video, Xandros 4, Firefox2.
| Quote: | | An error occurred, please try again later | . Videos run fine otherwise from other places. It used to work. Anyone else replicate the problem?
Update: metacafe.com and vimeo.com run videos fine. _________________ War doesn't determine who's right - only who's left. |

10. I tried it on another computer with 9. I think, from doing a search that at times youtube is overloaded and just doesn't display. I don't actually go on youtube very much. _________________ War doesn't determine who's right - only who's left. |

"Flash Player 10 Beta" have issues. Use "9" with "XD 4.0-4.2".
Or update "GTK" in "XD 4.5" and use "10" (stable). _________________ Linux User #432929

How does one safely update GTK in 4.5? _________________

OK for the 3 other people besides myself still running 4.x this is what I did. (it's not perfect but it works)
I reinstalled the flash player that came with Xandros as that still works with youtube and honestly 90% of links on sites are youtube links. I then copied /usr/lib/firefox to /home/john/firefox and installed the 10 beta from earlier in this thread to that version. The benefit is they both share the home folder so bookmarks, history, passwords, addins all work with just one install. I then set the one in my home folder is not default that one works with metacafe and other sites the older version doesn't and still lets me watch youtube stuff. _________________

Word of warning I forgot you can't run both at the same time or they will crash when you get to a site with flash. _________________
