Recently I bought a portable EEE - had the Xandros Linux. It was very happy with my purchase, as I found practical and efficient.
From one hour to another keys (p, o, i, u others that work together with num lock stopped working). When type Fn + F11 - work the numbers.
Once again the type Fn + F11 the numbers do not work and also the letters do not work more Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
I tried also the Fn + f12 and nothing.
Indeed ... I tried all Fs and alts and ctrls, and so ... and none of these letters work.
Is the keyboard broken?
Please some expert help me?
Referring to have my OS is the Xandros Linux;
Thank you.

Hello lina_ramos and welcome to the "Xandros community forums"

It sounds to me that there is some trouble with your keyboard, I also have a "Eee PC" and no problems for me.
Try asking some people on the "Eee PC forum" http://forum.eeeuser.com/

Otherwise contact the "Asus Support" about this matter

Regards Harald. Cool

try a live cd distro
boot your computer to the distro and see if you have the same problem.
if you have the same problem then your keyboard is failing and may need replaced
