Why does Firefox on Xandros always seem to come with ad.doubleclick.net, which intolerably slows down the loading of web pages? Is this all part of the Microsoft deal? And how does one get rid of it! _________________ faller@netidea.com

It doesn't come with Firefox, it comes with the web page you are loading. I don't use Firefox, I use Opera, but I believe there is probably a plugin or extension for Firefox to block ads. You might want to look into that.
