No, you sould say something like : "My Finnish is as good as my Russian" (or something like that).
but you don't include how good your Russian is, in my case it's as good as my Chinese  (don't speak any of them) allthough I do know a few Russian words (like Mir ).

Yes - its "Lenny", with "Xandros" modified KDE 3.4.2* - for better or worse.
Guess they think KDE 4.X isnt necessary or stable enough at this moment.
(*= I havent found any real benefits with newer KDE)
