Before I reinstalled a couple of months ago, I was able to use k9copy fine. Now it crashes consistently when reading a DVD. It looks like it speeding up its reading fof titles and then terminates. I reinstalled and checked out dependencies also. Looks okay. I may be missing something though. if you have any ideas or similar experience. I may short cut my search for an answer. I've used the program pretty seldom which is part of the problem. This is only the second DVD I'm needing to copy. Thanks! _________________ War doesn't determine who's right - only who's left. |

Okay, it looks like I solved the problem. I installed the win32codecs again, but instead of the one I'd saved in the past, the one from geekconnection.org: w32codecs_20061022-0.0_i386.deb. Appears to work now. _________________ War doesn't determine who's right - only who's left. |

Uses the updated "w32codecs_20071007-0.0_i386.deb" package, which
(at least earlier) was available from "Debian-Multimedia" mirrors and both
installs and works in "Xandros 4". _________________ Linux User #432929
