The printer had been working but has stopped. I tried to reinstall the printer but KDE keeps crashing. What do I need to do to get the HP2575xi to print and scan again? I am using Xandros 3.0.2. Thanks!

My friend I also have this similar problem with HP2575xi. We were told it's a manufacturers problem. Thought we had the extended warranty when bought complete computer package, but not on this, so we were told. Didn't need to use the scanner until after we had had it a year, thus the manufacturers warranty had run out. Bum deal. Guess we live and learn. We'll certainly check all the functions of any we purchase in the future. HP should be ashamed to not take care of all their customers who have this issue - and there are many.
