hea! thanks for all your recomendations. just to get one thing clear- just because i an VERY new to the idea of linux- all of the windows games i have will be useless? will i have to buy all new games based for linus- kinda like owning a mac?

NO.. you will NOT have to get rid of all your Windows games. Try the install under cedega and you will see what ones run and what ones you may need to replace.. but Ill be most will run. Smile
