Linux Games Publishing has it in their demo section.
X2 - The Threat also by Linux Games Publishing.
I downloaded the demo and was p[laying around and it is a nice clean cut game.
It is similar in Game play as Elite Frontier that I played way back when.
Freeciv - http://www.freeciv.org/index.php/Freeciv
Excellent Civ clone and the graphics and gameplay have improved tremendously over the last couple of year where it is a nice polished game.
Battle for Wesnoth - http://www.wesnoth.org/
Excellent strategy game and the graphics have improved with the jump to 1.0 status.
Campaigns are long enough and challenging.
Good site to check out for more games free and non-free: http://www.linuxgames.com/
Freedoom - http://freedoom.sourceforge.net/
If you have the Wad files from the original Dooms like I do you can play them under Linux with no difference in game play or style. They need a nice GUI interface for it to make it a very good game. They also include some free wads but they lack the poilish that the original ones had. _________________ Kevin MacPherson
