|
|
I'm attempting to compile the latest beta build of K9copy 1.1.0-beta2 on my X4 Premium SP1. As configure finishes it gives me "configure error: libdvdread may be missing". I've got libdvdread3 .0.9.8 sarge1, as well as the latest dcc 2.6.18 uni kernel headers & development tools from XN.
Any help I'd appreciate it, thanks. _________________ Dualbooting Xandros 4 Premium, XP & separate hd running Mepis 6.5 & Debian Etch on Emachines W3052 with AMD Sempron 3000+, 1.5G/Ram, Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4600AGP 128MB. Registered as Linux user #402698 Previous GLPW |

libdvdread3 is in XN under debian unsupported. Don't know
if this will work.

Thanks, but it is an older -dev package version .0.9.4-5, and gives dependancy problems
So that is a no-go _________________ Dualbooting Xandros 4 Premium, XP & separate hd running Mepis 6.5 & Debian Etch on Emachines W3052 with AMD Sempron 3000+, 1.5G/Ram, Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4600AGP 128MB. Registered as Linux user #402698 Previous GLPW |

Debian has some - don't know if their versions are later.
http://www.debian.org
-> debian packages
-> search for libdvdread for any distribution
and see what is there. Maybe the testing or unstable
version is later.

Hmm, the latest I'm finding @ debian is .0.9.7-2-dev. _________________ Dualbooting Xandros 4 Premium, XP & separate hd running Mepis 6.5 & Debian Etch on Emachines W3052 with AMD Sempron 3000+, 1.5G/Ram, Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4600AGP 128MB. Registered as Linux user #402698 Previous GLPW |
