This Sticky assumes you have a dual boot system or have copied windows font folder in the \c\windows\fonts
To install them from a dual boot system simply go to control center, display, theme, and font installer. At the bottom left of the screen there will be a button to add fonts click on it. Now browse to your My Linux then C drive, then Windows folder, and finally the Fonts folder. Now simply open and that is it. Restart KDE and your fonts should be there and you can change them easily in Control Center, display, theme Fonts.
Good Luck
P.S. if you don't dual boot then simply copy the fonts from your windows machine and put them in your home folder and follow the same proceedure changing the browse from My linux to Home.
