"found" folder created and can not delete the file

In my XFM file manager, on one of my partitions, I see a folder "found" created. Upon opening this folder, I see files there, but don't know what to do with them. Even as root, I am not allowed to delete them. I have to say ignore after attempting delete. It does not allow me to delet them.

Which partition is it on? If you dual boot with XP, you'll have an NTFS partition, and you won't be able to delete from it, nor write to it.
