not sure if people here play with swf animations. too bad is that i've got some swf animations, but i've not got a Flash cs to play them. how can i convert swf to avi or other formats so that i can play them with WMP or video player. anyone has tried that before ?

here is a quick tip for you for rename them right click file rename the swf to avi your done they should play just fine now.
Video Encoder Engine
Linux Version V2.3

adobe flash player plays them just fine so what your saying you don't have it installed yet?
i have java, flash player, shock wave player and many others working in firefox,Internet explore and Opera all playing just fine. |

hi, I have tried this iwisoft swf to avi converter to convert swf to avi. But it's for windows platform. it works great. hope it helps.
If you need linux version, you can google it. |

U can try Flash To Video Encoder. With this tool u'll be able to do exactly what u want. |
