here's the situation.
I downloaded an mp3 file. it was called hello.mp3
I was going to rename the file and it accidentally got renamed as just .mp3
Now I can't find the file at all. I know it's still on the computer because it still plays in Music manager. What do I do? _________________ It's Not The Way You Look That Brings Me To My Knees..........It's The Way You Look At Me!!!!! |

Two possibilities: One, use the Find Files/Folders application to search for *.mp3. Then rename it.
Two, go into the file manager and click View, Show Hidden Files. Ordinarily, files starting with . are hidden, so you won't see them in file manager unless you take the trouble to turn this function on. _________________ I refuse to live in a country like this - and I'm not leaving. - Michael Moore |
