I am trying to duplicate something windows xp does in a VMware installation in Xandros 4. I connect both windows and xandros by VPN to a remote server with no issues with either connection. The windows computer then connects to "\\192.168.1.2\shared files" (in quotes in windows properties for the connection). But I can't get Xandros file manager to do this.
Note that the 192.168.1.2 is just the remote's router identity. It does not conflict with the local router here which has other stuff for the .1.2 . Anyone know what I need to do?
Thanks! _________________ War doesn't determine who's right - only who's left. |
