|
|
last thread got a little off topic so I'll be a little clearer with this one.
I am currently mounting my ipod through the konsole with "mount /dev/sda2 /media/ipod"
this command is working fine but what I want to tweak it a little, first off I want it to mount automatically when I plug the ipod in so I don't have to load up konsole every time I want to access the device and when I plug in a usb flash drive it shows up under "my linux" under the "all folders" tab, I would like the ipod to show here instead of under "all folders/all file systems/media/ipod".
Now, so we don't get off topic with this one, please do not post about music manager or amarok, this problem has absolutely nothing to do with either of those programs nor does it have anything to do with the music database on the ipod.
Cheers |

Have you tried mounting your "iPod" on other distributions?
If so - which ones and versions? And how does it mount? _________________ Linux User #432929
