Xandros como un Asus Eee

Hola a todos!
Mi primer post desde Chile

Recientemente un colega se ha comprado un Asus Eee y viene con Xandros, pero me ha llamado mas la atencion la configuracion del entorno grafico y la posibilidad de usarlo con Touchscreen.

Alguien sabe que se debe hacer para que al instalar Xandros se mantenga la misma configuracion y se vea "igual" que en un Asus Eee?

O es otra version de Xandros?

Espero sus amables comentarios

Hola, siribarren,

Puesto que es su primero post, quisiera darle la bienvenida al foro de usuarios de Xandros. Espero que Ud. pase un rato agradable aqui porque hay gente amable y con mucha experiencia en el mundo de Linux. (Aunque no tengo tanta experiencia, me considero como novato de Linux, trato de ser amable). Smile

Para responder a su pregunta, segun todo lo que he leido, la version de Xandros que viene instalada en la minicomputadora Asus Eee es una version diferente (es decir, modificada) de la version "estandar" de Xandros. Asi es probable que no sea posible hacer el tipo de configuracion que Ud. desea.

Sin embargo, le recomiendo que visite el foro dedicado especialmente a usuarios del Eee PC (afortunadamente hay una seccion en espa~nol) porque a lo mejor habr'a usuarios del Eee que tambien tienen experiencia con el Xandros estandar.

Y talvez estos trozos de una rese~na sean de utilidad para su colega en cuanto al uso del "bot'on rat'on" [??], el cual parece que no es documentado en ninguna parte:

as I want to demo it "as is".
