I've uploaded more stuff to my site.
Lots of wallpapers were added, and more on the way!
I've also added Mplayer, Mozilla Mplayer plugin, Kmplayer, Kmplayer plugin, and Gstreamer 0.10.
I've added Rosegarden also.
Later this week, I'll be adding more wallpapers, skins for Mplayer, Xine, & XMMS, and some important codecs needed to view windows media files, DVD, etc. I'll also be adding Launch buttons, including several newly released buttons from Xandros via BoyLinux.
Please let me know if there's anything else you think I should try to locate and provide on my site, and I'll do my darnedest to find a copy that works in Xandros and include it on my site!
If you have something and would like to share it on my site, and you have a working copy for Xandros 4, Please let me know. _________________ geekydude

I think you should provide a link to ArchLUG on your site. It's another GREAT resource for Xandros users!

Funny you mention that...
I have plans to add a how-to section, and a resource section for other repositories and information.
I will also be adding a forum eventually. _________________ geekydude

I've added a lot of new wallpapers and other stuff to my website last night.
I've added codecs, latest Xine packages from redrum that work in Xandros, basket, and several brand new launch buttons recently released from Xandros this week.
I've also included installation instructions in the sections where installation does not include debs.
And some other odds & ends...
For those who don't want to go back to the beginning of this thread here's the link:
http://www.geekconnection.org
The site also has a new look using wallpapers just released by Xandros the other day.
I hope you find it useful! _________________ geekydude

This is a little off the topic of this post, but I'd like to know where geekydude got his graphics (or, perhaps, what program he used to create them). I'd like to be able to develop some nice graphics for my own site (it isn't up, yet) because right now it's just white with black text and blue buttons. Geekydude's site looks great and my own site desperately needs dressing-up.
Thanks! |

Oh, that's easy! It's because IE is a POS.

SuSe2 is already available on my site.
I'll be working on more of these as time goes on, so stay tuned, and visit often.
I've actually been working on Alphacube....
Some of these require KDE 3.5, and that makes it very difficult.
Thanks for the request list! _________________ geekydude

K3B 1.0, xsane 0.994-1, and the latest flashplayer 9 from Adobe are now available on my website.
Thanks to jimallyn!
have fun!
Edit: Second thought, it's probably a good idea to provide the link again so nobody has to hunt for it:

Geekydude,
Awesome job. Thanks for what you are doing.
Have you considered adding the link to your site to your profile so that it follows you everywhere you go? _________________ Ed Richards
