Here's the deal... Myspace IM is only made for Windows and many windows users are using it now more than any other instant messenger... I contacted the C++ developer who made the IM program and asked for his source and protocol information. As I am fairly new user to Linux... I wonder if it would be easier just to develop a plugin for Kopete or Gaim? or would it be easier to take his source code/files and just build the whole program for Xandros? Hopefully he sends me his stuff.. and if he does, this prolly wont be the last time I post on this topic... I'll prolly need lots of help....

Thanks Woodsmoke! Not many people notice... haha The name's Rob BTW... Yes, I am on vacation right now... So I have lots of free time to read everything, and usually I learn by breaking stuff and fixing it... I have done lots of that in the past month.. and I had a lil' experience with Red Hat when I was 14... But I'm learning anways...

Oh, and apparently the protocol hasn't been stabilized for Myspace IM, they keep changin it with every version, and the source hasn't been publicly released yet... So it looks like we'll be waiting a while for that...
